Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.


2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Salsation Wear delivers to customers across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Oceania, and beyond. All prices are displayed in EUR (€).


3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

Europe: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of the World: 10–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Orders over €250 qualify for free shipping, automatically applied at checkout.


5. Payment Methods

We offer over 70 payment options through our trusted third-party payment provider, Airwallex. This includes major credit and debit cards, local payment methods, and digital wallets — so you can pay in the way that suits you best.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Salsation Wear is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.


8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Salsation Wear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shop@salsationfitness.com.


9. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at shop@salsationfitness.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
