Do products come in exactly the same color? Plus

We would like to clarify that Salsation Wear is produced using pigment-dye techniques, which create a natural enzyme-washed effect. This effect is intentional and is a key characteristic of our vintage garment style. As a result, the appearance may vary from piece to piece, with some garments showing this effect more strongly than others.

What if the item I ordered is sold out? Plus

In the rare case that an item you ordered is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative solution.

When are sold-outs back in stock? Plus

Restock dates vary per item. You can use the "Notify Me When Available" button on any sold-out product page to receive an email notification as soon as it's back in stock.

Will I receive order confirmation? Plus

Yes! Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

How do I know you've received my order? Plus

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a second email with your tracking details.

What if I haven't received part of my order? Plus

If part of your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out for you as soon as possible.

Returns & refunds
How can I return my online purchase? Plus

You can return any item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all labels included. Return shipping costs are your responsibility — we recommend using a tracked service.

How do you make refunds? Plus

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 14 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's been processed.

How long does delivery take? Plus

European orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. For the rest of the world, orders are shipped via DHL with delivery times varying by destination.

Which countries do you ship to? Plus

We ship worldwide! Orders within Europe are fulfilled from our Netherlands warehouse, while orders for Asia, the US, and the rest of the world are fulfilled from our Bali warehouse.

How much does shipping cost? Plus

Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Orders over €250 qualify for free shipping, regardless of destination.
