Refund & Return Policy
You have the possibility to return items purchased on Salsation Wear within 14 calendar days following delivery. No refund request will be accepted after this period.
Due to the limited production of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you may apply for a return and place a new order on our website.
Return Procedure
If you wish to return an item from your order, you must exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels, accessories, and elements included.
You are responsible for choosing the carrier and paying the return shipping costs (we strongly recommend using a tracked service).
Once we have received your parcel, we will reimburse the cost of the returned products within 14 working days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 14 working days from delivery at our warehouse, first check your bank account.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
- If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us.
Faulty or Non-Compliant Items
If you receive a defective item that is not your responsibility, please contact our customer service and provide clear photos showing the issue.
- Each case will be reviewed individually.
- Depending on the item, you may be offered the option to keep it free of charge.
- Only after authorization from our customer service should you arrange shipment, using the prepaid label we provide.
Shipment Errors or Damage
Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery in the presence of the carrier. Any anomalies must be noted on the delivery slip and reported immediately to our customer service.
If the parcel is not checked and no issues are noted on the delivery slip, no claim can be accepted afterwards.
In cases of shipment errors or damage during transport:
- Please send us clear photos showing the issue.
- If approved, we will refund the full order value, including shipping costs for delivery and return, using a prepaid return label.
EU Legal Framework (Baseline)
Right of Withdrawal:
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), when you buy something online or outside a physical shop (e.g., over the phone), you have 14 calendar days to RETURN (only if there’s a valid reason to return it, the item is damaged or different from what is described)
You must notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You then have another 14 days to send the goods back.
The seller must refund you the full purchase price (including standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
You may have to pay for return shipping unless the seller offers free returns.
