Refunds and Returns
For approved returns under these Terms of Service, all owed amounts will be refunded back to the original method of payment. The refund amount shall be made only when the returned items have been received.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 30 days return policy, we reserve the right to not refund you. If you want these returned items that do not qualify for a refund sent back to you, we may request that you cover the shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
We will refund your order within seven (7) business days of receiving your return in the mail. You will receive an email from Salsation® Wear Home Office when the refund has been processed. Please note that many banks will require additional time to process and post the transaction so the credit may not appear in your account until your next monthly billing cycle with your credit card.
Pressed the ‘buy’ button a little too fast? No problem! If you’d like to cancel your order, please email email@example.com within 60 minutes of submitting payment with your intention to cancel and a screenshot with your order details or order number.
All returns must meet the requirements stated in the Terms of Service.
